How does it work?
You as the recruiter will post a job, with a set of requirements and questions
for the candidate to answer. The candidate will then record a video of him/herself
answering all questions relating to the job.
You as the recruiter will receive all these applications, and then screen
candidates according to the recording, upon screening you can shortlist candidates
and then invite the perfect candidate for an interview.
